Sao Paolo is a thrilling giant city that lacks most of the big name hotel chains. The Renaissance comes as a comfortable and familiar friend. We have some serious reasons to be in love with this place. The location is awesome, along Avenida Paulista in a stylish neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants of every kind and budget.
The hotel itself is not new but it is housed in an impressive tower, the executive lounge is excellent with a serious of quality food offerings during the whole day. It may be one of the coolest lounges anywhere because it offers 180 degree views of the city skyline which is skyscrapers as far as the eye can see.
What stands out among the hotel amenities is a very nice spa. It has an impressive steam room, comfy jacuzzi and a few relaxation areas where one can enjoy natural daylight, plants and fresh drinks. There is a tropical swimming pool area too.
The staff are very courteous as well as well informed about the area. They provided maps, restaurant suggestions and tips about what to enjoy.
Our room was on a high floor and the view is awesome, to see the skyscrapers off in every direction is really spellbinding. The room had a modern furnishing, with hard wood floors, sharp designs, in room technology and nice wall art.
