Four Seasons Tunis
Situated in the upscale Gammarth neighborhood, this Four Seasons will feature contemporary Arabesque architecture with proximity to UNESCO world heritage sites and be just steps from the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea. It is slated for opening in March of 2018 with 203 guest accommodations. Amazing SPA with eleven treatment rooms and an indoor outdoor lap pool surrounded by lush gardens and sea views.
The American Riveria is renewed in this former Miramar by the Sea hotel reborn as the Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito It is steps from a private beachfront, outdoor yoga, two pools, an incredible spa, six restaurants and all just 90 minutes from Los Angeles. The Estate Style service sounds intriguing and Summer 2018
This is set to become the city’s stylish new address and largest hotel with 106 rooms and suites. The building has a history of more than 160 years and it will display Polish craftsmanship with the bespoke luxuries which Raffles has distinguished itself in its 11 other global properties. It will sit amidst the cobble stoned streets of the city and administer favorite treats like the long, bar and an impeccable Spa.
St. Regis Amman
There isn’t much information out there about this property opening other than the fact that it will have around 270 rooms and open in May of 2018. One thing can be counted on for sure is bespoke service, butlers, great spas and the opulent hospitality of the Middle East.
Ritz Carlton Los Cabos
This is only the fourth property of its kind in the Ritz Carlton Portfolio. The Reserve is called Zadun and it features the beauty of the Sea of Cortez and the Baja desert. There will be private pools, 115 villas, two championship golf courses and a lot of sunshine and glamor in this hotspot which is set to open in early 2018.
The wild beauty of the Sichuan province and the nearby Tibetan villages in their otherworldy splendor sets the backdrop of this fascinating new hotel. It is a first all villa resort property for Ritz Carlton. It will invite nature into every aspect of the guest experience which is so prevalent in the local UNESCO heritage valley surrounding it. There will be lots of opportunities on and off the property for active guests balanced by rejuvenation and comfort on site.
The Tasman a Luxury Collection
Luxury is coming to Hobart Tasmania in the form of 128 luxuriously appointed guestrooms and suites. Pinnacle to the experience of the Tasman will be a reflection of the distinctive culture and history of the island. There will be a whiskey bar, art on display from local artists and a vibe that reflects the harbor side locale with lots of steel and timber. Just near the parliament house and square it has an unbeatable city address. It will open in December of 2018.
The Edition Bodrum
This is one of seven Edition properties opening worldwide in 2018. It has the distinctive feature of a panorama that is undisturbed on the Western tip of the Bodrum peninsula. The property will have villas, rooms and suites. It will have adult and children areas, an extensive hammam and of course a lovely beach club. It will open in Mid 2018, just in time for the summer crowd!
Mandarin Oriental Doha
A town with a buffet of treasured properties just got dessert! The Mandarin Oriental will be opening in the heart of the newest construction in the city, the Baharat Msheireb downtown business and retail spot. It will be just a ten minute walk from the city’s corniche and Souq Waquif which are the top tourist attractions. There will be plush rooms, an ornate spa and rooftop swimming pools to take advantage of the gorgeous weather.
Waldorf Astoria Maldives
This hotel was recently delayed to quarter 1 of 2019, but it is still worth anticipating. Waldorf Astoria left Maldives some time ago and now it is due back better than ever. It will have 130 rooms over three islands and be located just 20 minutes by speedboat from the main Male airport. Wellness and relaxation are at the heart of the property with a Hammam, a vitality pool, a beauty salon, and an indoor and outdoor mind and body studio. A gym, an outdoor fitness centr, aqua spinning classes and an overwater yoga platform.
This is one of Hilton’s newest incursions into India and it will be a gorgeous property. Set to open at the end of January 2018, it will be a place to host the endless array of business and leisure traffic that is centered around India’s premiere tech city. The highlights of the hotel promise to be the pampered rooms, the executive lounge, an elaborate spa and its proximity to the best in retail and city dwelling.
