The Fashion outlets of Chicago is a shopaholics delight. It is set in nearby Rosemont where all the airport hotels and first metro stop from O’Hare is located. People coming to and from the city to the world can find wonderful shopping deals all year round with hundreds of stores of world renowned brands in place.
How to get there:
- There is a paid shuttle service operated by ‘Go Airport Express’ from the airport and from several different hotels in downtown area.
- For those using public transportation it is good to know that ten minutes away is the Rosemont station of the CTA Blue line, from there one can take the complimentary shuttle, it is possible as well to use from the Rosemont station the Chicago Metro Rail.
- Several lines of the Pace bus, stop by the outlet including the 811, 303 326, 332 and 895.
- Those driving can enjoy complimentary parking for five hours.
This is a great shopping center. One of the advantages is the fact of being an indoor structure, something extremely good for the Chicago weather. There are around 140 stores distributed on two floors. One can find in the first floor the most common brands and the luxury names are mostly located in the second floor where it is possible to find stores such as Zegna, Hugo Boss, Armani, Coach, Prada, Burberry and more. The prices are really attractive and there are special deals going on during the holidays.
This is one of the best Outlet malls to find good food, and with these I mean healthy tasty options. The Mall carries not as much the traditional fast food names, but a more international scene. In the food court one can enjoy vegetarian and vegan healthy options along with Mexican and Chinese among others. There is as well a Starbucks, a full Italian restaurant and a wine bar.
